Last Week Was Hell But This is a New Week

I should actually be on Week 4, not 3. But last week was not a good week for me. At all. It sucked balls actually. So, I restarted Week 3 yesterday.

I worked out just 3 days last week and took 4 off. Part of that was because my knees were bothering me. I thought I could do more during my workouts than I actually can do. No, Deb, you are not Wonder Woman.

A Few Thoughts About Aging

I’m 46 years old, and I am here to tell you that, as a woman, aging is kind of a hard process. It kind of sucks actually. It seems like only yesterday that I was a teenager hanging out with friends and partying it up. Was it really 30 years ago? Omg. Are my kids really adults now? Omg. Am I really a grandmother now? Omg.
