Starting over with fitness is the easy part, contrary to what people say. Making it a lifestyle change for eternity is the hard part. I’ve started and stopped so many times, it’s ridiculous. I had big goals at the beginning of this year. Lose 45-50 pounds. Get in great shape. Be a better person. Yada, yada, yada.
I wasn’t serious about it at all. I thought I was, but you are not serious about a big goal if you never do what it takes to achieve it.
