Waist: 37″
Hips: 40″
Arms: 13″
Thighs: 25″

Not much of a change since August 2016, except I gained an inch in my chest lol. I’m just glad I didn’t gain more than that. My goal for the next 60 days is to drop 10 lbs and at least 5 inches.

Not a big change in two months, but I’m still happy with the results. My eating this summer has not been very good, particularly the last month. So I’m cracking down on that. To view more progress pics, click here.

I was closer to the mirror when I took the pic on the right, and I had just eaten breakfast. I should have taken the pic when I first woke up, but I forgot. Not a big difference, but this is a start! Please ignore my messy bathroom and dirty mirror. 😉
